Why I Do This Work

My passion is to create positive change in people and in organizations. What I’ve learned during a 30-year professional career is that you can become a better leader of others only after learning how to better lead yourself.

I’ve learned that organizations don’t transform because someone installs a new process. They transform when the people inside them think differently — about themselves, their roles, and their capacity to lead through uncertainty.

My approach is grounded in an inside-out philosophy: the attitudes, values, and subconscious thought patterns that drive behavior are the real lever for change. I combine that depth with structured methodology (Prosci ADKAR), practical AI tools, and a relentless focus on producing results that organizations can see and measure.

I believe in servant leadership. I believe the best coaching happens in genuine relationship, not transactional exchanges. And I believe that the leaders and organizations in our region deserve the same quality of support available anywhere in the country — adapted for who we are and how we work.
